MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

The film consists of several legends that happen the Valentine: An army officer flying from Iraq to Los Angeles, falls on the plane with someone who should solve some issues, the owner of a flower shop proposes marriage to his girlfriend, even though, in reality, is in love with a friend, whose boyfriend is married, a retired confesses to her husband that she had a lengthy affair with another person, a lady who works in the largest talent agency in the city goes a postal worker. And, at last, is an unfortunate publicist who has not left the Valentine.
