MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1924 film?

Melodrama silent on the conflict between social classes through the life of Catherine Ferrand, orphan girl, a victim of the jealousy of women and greed of men, which also seems to find good luck wherever he goes. Thus used to work in the house of the Mallet, Catherine suffers the distrust of his patron, who haunts the hypocritical comments townspeople. Catherine decides to flee and time course, always friendly Mr. Mallet, full of remorse, the search and rescue attempts of decay.
