MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

Marie, a successful designer, divorced and also a young mother, is at a crucial moment of his life after breaking up with his lover and abort the baby even expected, decides to return with ex-husband even though he maintains a relationship with a much younger woman. Meanwhile, his circle of friends is also facing their own emotional problems that lead them to unexpected and painful situations.
