MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Serafim tells the story of a young newly qualified in medicine, to which fate carries Palilula City. This is a ghost town, lost amid the Wallachian Plain. An area at forty, a health center, a clinic gynecological a place where children are born. An Italian community that has forgotten their language, but not the nostalgia of traditional music.
