MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Nisse, a boy of ten, suffering from acute asthma and is taken to the health center. Lelle, never even views, wants to be alone and teaches Nisse and his secret plan to build a huge Zepeline steal food that is in the hospital underground reserves. There he meets Lelle that is unfriendly, solitary and ill patient. The food to be carried to needy children in other countries.
