MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Jeff and Jane Blue, a couple with children, are spies and represent the only hope for the United States to maintain world peace. In the moment that are about to lead a normal life and educate their children, they are given a mission to save the world from an evil plan of the Czech army. But the task is not easy, because they are unwilling to part with the children as much as is in play global security.
