MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Like his mother before him btw, the pretty Sissy wants to be a dancer at Club Tropicana. When Candide and his partner Average run over, by accident Sergito, Average her butt looks in a mole shaped like a star, which is identical to Candide. But his dad, a trucker named Candide, forbids you to do so because of his grudge against his old rival Armando and choreographer at the nightclub. To the delight of Sissy, and thus fearing Average dismay incest, Candido takes the boy home, unaware that his son Sergito is therefore Sissy brother. Average concerns are confirmed when the two young people fall in love madly.
