MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Julian is a renowned photographer who has reached the age of forty, tired, abandoned his own sadness. We just discovered a cancer that undermines their forces and taking away all hope. But begins to assail an image, a photo that has ever made, and who appears repeatedly. Intuits that photo is in a remote location in Patagonia, and decides to undertake a long journey there. What he finds there will change his life forever.
