MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2005 film?

We are in a small town surrounded by high mountains and forests also very close to a famous natural thermal water. But one day, a rumor spreads, a monster tries to live in the quiet village and become the new neighbor. The village community is strongly united, each performing their work relevant. This will cause the destruction of land and water supply. The thing is that even the monster - BTC - was sent, by a very powerful country that aims to help the locals. A key comedy documentary which highlights the echoes of Chekhov and Fellini, sometimes remembering to The War of the Worlds by H. G. Wells.
