MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

A marriage is in crisis after twenty years of happy coexistence. Cécile is a beautiful teacher who is deeply in love with her husband Alain, a hypochondriac who is convinced he will die. He does not want to alarm his wife, who confuses his strange behavior with infidelity. Cécile enlists the help of Pascal, the husband of her friend Agnes, who is a policeman, to keep her husband in all his movements. The result is totally unexpected. It is part of a trilogy released simultaneously with After Escaping life. The action takes place in the same city at the same time and with the same characters.
