MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

In a mansion Nanny weekly picks a bouquet of flowers to the teenager so Valeria, from a secret admirer. Bernardo headache suffers and is also due to the accident that killed his parents he too will die. She invites her comrade Bernardo to eat with her and her boyfriend Javier. Valeria confesses he has a heart and only a transplant can save her. Then she receives a donor heart and saved. Bernardo's grandfather tells him that he sent flowers and hands him a letter explaining that the death Bernardo donated his heart to live in it.
