MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

Two prisoners in neighboring cells try to go, through the bars of the window a garland of flowers, while a jailer observe their movements. They can not exchange the object, so that in addition frustration leads them to masturbation twisted, full of dancing, fondling, and eager gestures. A straw through a tiny hole in the wall between their cells is used in a sensuous exchange of smoke, and with a closed fist blows on the wall communicate, always observed by the jailer, which eventually emerge emaciated jealousy that led him to harass one of them, even using his service weapon in a dramatic scene that borders on sadism.
