MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Back in Canada after a 20-year exile in Africa, where he devoted himself to humanitarian work, Norbert, a former revolutionary, only wants to return home. Caught up in the Canadian bureaucratic system, he plans to board a cargo ship illegally. Before leaving, he meets a young boy, Christophe, a young delinquent who insists on finding a family for Trotsky, the Capuchin monkey that Norbert must abandon before taking the boat. Christophe convinces Norbert to go and place Trotsky at the zoo and leave him at his mother's house near Quebec City, where Norbert will have to catch the cargo ship that has left without him.
