MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Indochina, 1931. Cheated, by the colonial administration, invested all his savings in a land flooded regularly, therefore uncultivable. In the Gulf of Siam, on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, as can a mother survives with two sons, Joseph and Suzanne also, who certainly want to see grow and whose departure knows unfailing. Fighting against the corrupt bureaucrats swindled, and currently threatening eject, puts all his energy into a crazy project: to build a barrier against the sea with the help of the town's residents. Ruined and obsessed by its target, Joseph and Suzanne leaves almost total freedom. At that moment, Mr. Jo, son of a wealthy Chinese businessman is attracted by the charm of Suzanne.
