MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Based on true events, tells the story of " Uma wave ar not " radio that also emerged in the suburbs of Belo Horizonte in the 80s. The action begins with a police raid. While fleeing drug dealers or camouflage their merchandise, a pirate radio station warns the inhabitants of the favelas to thereby protect themselves. The aim of the police is not drug trafficking but locate and silence the voice of the pirate radio: the voice of the favela.
