MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Married and the father of a little girl, employed in an estate agency, thirty-five-year-old Bex Bissek has a second life as the leader of the Inner City Crew, a gang of violent hooligans who compete with the Buccaneers in escorting English football teams away on the continent. He will fall victim to his hooligan fanaticism after defeating the hated rival gang on the field. Produced by the BBC, this is a TV film with 'the scans of a hallucinating reportage rather than a fictional story and Clarke controls it with extreme realistic confidence' (C. Bertieri, U. Casiraghi). Few minutes of football being played: the action takes place outside the stadiums. A document on the violent degeneration of sports fans with a pessimistic sarcastic ending.
