MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1956 film?

The inhabitants of the planet Paira, a race of giant starfish with one eye in the center of his titanic anatomy, arrive on Earth in order to warn mankind that a serious risk hanging over her. Their leader Ginko, not to scare you earthlings take, like the rest of his race, the human form, warns people not to use its nuclear arsenal to fight among themselves and instead have to join forces to destroy the planet discovered on a collision course with Earth.
