MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Millionaire George Wade Grant does nothing without Lucy Kelson Bullock, his Chief Counsel multitasking. Attorney great strategic mind, she also has an ulcer and does not have time to sleep. There is work that affects you. Is George. Smart, charming and undeniably self-absorbed, he treats her more like a nanny than as a Harvard -trained lawyer, and can barely choose a tie without her help.
