MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1968 film?

Martin is a disturbed adolescent mind having a mother who treats him like a little baby, a stepfather who despises him, and retarded brother locked up in a mental institution. Her only friend is Susan, with whom he joins a special bond when Martin turns to his "other" personality, Georgie, a boy of six years. But when Susan was away from him, Martin goes into a rage and so obsessed with Susan who starts a wave of unprecedented violence.
