MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1988 film?

The chronicle focuses on an office Japanese salaryman named Densuke Hamasaki, with his obsession for fishing. One day Ichinosuke befriends Susuki, an old lonely and boring that even turns out to be the owner of the construction company that Hama -chan works. He and his wife Michiko Suzuki grow attached to, who with her new friends learn to enjoy life again. This movie is part of the Tsuribaka nisshi saga (1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009).
