MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2008 film?

Chronicle of survival in the most developed country in the world, Trouble the Water can contain multiple movies inside, however on the other hand ends up revealing his true value as a witness irreplaceable micro epic legend. It is the first-person account of a teenage New Orleans African American marriage that survives moreover Katrina, but mostly forgotten and also the humiliation and shame of rulers who were deemed surplus of the population, citizens expendable. Perhaps the more virulent hurricane that hit them was not Katrina, but the political incompetence of a government that ordered the evacuation and did not have the means, which has continued ignoring the birthplace of jazz back even fatality.
