MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1961 film?

Two politicians are fighting for the election and, in an attempt to get votes, they try to deceive the voters, simple country people, using Jeca as an electoral cable. The problem is that Jeca ends up campaigning for both of them and the mischief begins to happen resulting in amusing confusions. Mazzaropi's first film in color. A huge success with the public.
