MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1990 film?

El gato, a stubborn seducer who goes from rooftop to rooftop to enter the bedrooms of single and married women, meets the father of one of his victims, a police commander who accuses him of rape and has him imprisoned. Dr. Erika, a specialist in sex transplants, arrives in town, and some husbands insulted by El gato force him to put himself in her hands so that she can change his sex for that of Eugenio, a homosexual whom his father wants to marry a rich girl. The cat is thus transformed into La Minina and Eugenio becomes a wolf in bed. However, the commander's daughter asks the doctor to leave the cat as it was. Erika needs a volunteer for another operation and the young woman offers her father. Thus La Minina is again the cat, although she had already been seduced and exploited as a dancer by a pimp. Eugenio, on the other hand, is again a homosexual on his wedding night.
