MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1982 film?

Two years after the death of Peter Sellers, Blake Edwards assembled this book with all the characters who had accompanied him on the famous Pink Panther series. The Pink Panther diamond is stolen again Lugash, and the authorities resort to Inspector Clouseau. The plane was traveling from France disappears en route and the famous reporter Marie Jouvet out to solve the mystery by interviewing everyone who had any significant relationship with the Inspector.
