MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

The president of Colombia, a famous drug trafficker extradited to the United States. Two days later, his son hostage taking students and teachers from a high school to press for the release of his father. Yet the FBI is unwilling to accept the demands of the terrorists, while a group of rebels trying to release pupils from school. This film is a remake of Jóvenes comandos (1984), the remakes are new versions of the same story.
