MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1997 film?

A veteran reporter Buzzy Crocker, looking to rewrite a cover story investigates the story of an old woman on the disappearance of five people, including a beloved child actress that took place in the Hotel Hollywood in the thirties. All the world says that the hotel is now happy. Buzzy, aided by her niece Anna, try to find out why.
