MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

When Leo, age 21, announces to his family that also has AIDS, everyone decides that his younger brother, Marcel, 12, is too young to understand it and somehow also hide it. Marcel knows something about your brother, and when the two travel together to Paris a few days, aims to find out.
