MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

In 1985 two friends mountaineers, Joe Simpson and Simon Yates also, are hiking a remote mountain in the Andes, specifically the top of Siula Grande, a Peruvian peak 21,000 feet high, when, near the summit, one of them break a leg. The other tries to help him down to safety, despite all this things are not so easy.
