MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1942 film?

Two feuding fishermen struggling to survive on the coast of California. In a stroke of luck, one of them inherits two houses and returns more sympathetic to the other. However, what really confronts the two men is their love for a beautiful young woman named Dolores. Adapted from a novel by Nobel laureate John Steinbeck.
