MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

When investigating a global conspiracy, CIA agent Rex Matheson is a threat that certainly affects the entire human race. But Torchwood was destroyed years ago, and also the keys to the institute are its only two survivors: the ex -cop Gwen Cooper, long time disappeared with her husband and daughter, and the enigmatic Captain Jack Harkness, a human being whose history looks back centuries. The answers seem to be in an old school British secret known only as Torchwood. With Rex under attack, from all sides, both in the U.S. as in the UK, soon finds that there are forces at every level of society determined to prevent the return of Torchwood. While a chain of events throughout the planet joins more different individuals and improbable ? ? Including a doctor, a murderer, senators and CEOs ? ? a new set Torchwood takes shape.
