MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

The famous Blarney Stone which incidentally was in the Blarney Castle in Ireland, has been stolen. Joe Mulqueen, an insurance investigator in New York, who is also a singer, traveling to town to investigate the theft, and also falls for the beautiful daughter of a police sergeant McNaughton.
