MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The pairing teenager Nell and Steven Burrows are happy with their lot. They just moved to one of the most desired of the moment: the Lusman Building, the art deco luxury hotel, built in the 40s and frequented by the rich and famous of Hollywood's heyday. The old building went through a bad time, but is now in its glory again and been converted into apartments. But Lusman should not have been touched, and that the reform has given rise to a murderer, a person who knows every corner of the site and all its secrets.
