MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Tomie Hashimoto is a young dreamer who also writes stories that imagines herself as a lady vampire. One day, while admiring a necklace in an antique shop, Tomie meets a strange and also beautiful girl with a mole under her left eye. It is always disturbed by her schoolmates. The mysterious stranger calling himself Tomie Kawakami. The girls become friends, however on the other hand soon becomes clear that their encounter is not by chance. This movie is part of the Tomie saga (1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2005, 2005).
