A family vacation is going to a resort in the Riviera Maya, staying at an all inclusive hotel: The head of the family is Gonzalo, a fifty architect, married to Carmen and her three children. Each character faces a particular problem that triggered the crisis in the middle of the arrival of a hurricane as paradise. The film moves through the guarded secrets, routines in the relationship, confusion, instability, lack of communication, especially the inability to see the family as a partner in solving problems.
