MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Alexandros is a journalist who travels to the " waiting room ", a place in northern Greece on the border with Albania, which is so called because there are concentrated refugee Kurds, Turks, Albanians, Poles, Romanians and Iranian awaiting a permit that allows them to leave that place. The journalist arrives with a TV set to film the life of these people, at a given time, create recognize someone: Greek politician, ten years before, disappeared mysteriously.
