MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

It focuses on the youth of Queen Victoria of England, his accession being very teenager and lived the legendary romance with Prince Albert. In 1837, Victoria of Kent, just 17 years old, becomes the center of a power struggle. King William, his uncle, is about to die and Victoria aspires to the throne, but is cut away from the will of her mother, the Duchess of Kent, with whom he does not get along. Only has the support of Lehzen, her governess. Shortly thereafter he meets his cousin Albert, who befriends. After the death of his uncle's coronation takes place victory, which is present Alberto.
