MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

A successful writer reads his new novel before a crowd of dedicated fans. It tells the story of a failed writer who is fortunate to find a manuscript. It is published as his own and gets a spectacular success that makes it one of the best writers of his time. The author of the manuscript is to be an elder who wrote in his teens, when he was stationed in Paris after World War II, a period in which he found the love of his life.
