MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

A crazy frog llquerido J. Thaddeus is fond of cars. For this reason, no doubt change his luxurious mansion by an outstanding car. What is not known is that it has been stolen, so take him for a thief and convicted to prison. His friends devise a plan to find the culprit, restore the honor of J. Thaddeus and get him out of jail. Initially released in Spain next to " The Legend of Sleepy Hollow", while a further two were edited separately. A remake called Viento en los sauces (1996) was made based on this movie.
