MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1975 film?

In the early twentieth century, the chief of the Berbers The Raisuni, Tangier kidnaps a beautiful American widow and her children to ask for a heavy ransom. This triggered a diplomatic row in which the U.S. government be involved German troops and various factions of the Sultanate of Morocco.
