MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1945 film?

The beautiful and ambitious Barbara Worth, an adventurer of the seventeenth century, started his career as a bandit stealing Caroline's boyfriend, her best friend. But he soon discovers that existence with him, named, Ralph Skelton, is too boring and decides to start an exciting new life hiding behind a mask and jumping into the roads to rob travelers. A remake called La dama perversa (1983) was made based on this movie.
