MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

While his wife is unbearable, Nicholas, a teenager Montreal dentist, leads a pretty quiet life. Things change with the arrival of a new neighbor: Jimmy " The Tulip ", a feared and reputed murderer for hire. Having betrayed his boss, the criminal kingpin Gogolack Yanni, Jimmy tries to start a new life on the outskirts of Montreal. However, the scheming wife of Nicholas kills his dreams when he decides to go to Chicago and inform the mob the whereabouts of Jimmy and collect the corresponding reward. Nicholas agrees to collaborate with her in hopes of collecting the fortune enough to leave.
