MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1978 film?

Subjected to the tyranny of two unscrupulous individuals, Tom, a boy of twelve, is forced to work for chimney sweep. But manages to escape from this tyranny, entering with her friend Ellie, in a fantasy world populated by strange beings as ' water children '. This is the " Magic Lake ", a site whose chronic attracts guys so bold and brave as Tom and Ellie.
