MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2016 film?

In the middle of a routine patrol, officer Daniel Carter occurs upon a blood-soaked figure limping straight down a deserted stretch of road. He rushes the child to a nearby rural hospital staffed by a skeleton team, and then discover that clients and workers are transforming into something inhuman. While the horror intensifies, Carter leads the other survivors on a hellish voyage in to the subterranean depths associated with the medical center in a desperate bid to finish the nightmare before it is far too late.
