MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1987 film?

Chicago 30s. Prohibition era. The idealistic federal agent Eliot Ness relentlessly pursues the gangster Al Capone, absolute master of organized crime in the town. The lack of evidence prevents him accusing him of murder, extortion and illegal trade in alcohol, but Ness, with the help of a couple of cops faultless recruited with the help of a cunning agent, try to find some way to frame him for other types of crime.
