MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

The love life of Abby Richter, a young TV producer in Sacramento, leaves much to be desired. Waiting for the perfect human being has remained unmarried and has even come to think you are incapable of love. Suddenly, his bosses decided to form team with Mike Chadway, a rude host who aims to explain why men and women are so different. Despite his boorishness help Abby, advising on appointments and passing through a series of embarrassing tests to prove his theories on relationships between men and women.
