MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

Fran and her husband, Mark, have a sausage dog that has won a prize of beauty and is about to bring the world their first puppies. Several traffic fines later, the family has three beautiful babies. But Mark has a crush on another newborn, a Great Dane, last of a large litter, which can not be fed by their mother. And at the expense of long discussions get to bring him home.
