MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Jimmy Tong, a taxi driver who now has the job of driver, soon learns that when it comes to work for playboy millionaire Clark Devlin there is only one rule: Never touch the tuxedo, formal dress appreciates both Devlin. But when it is temporarily out of action after suffering an explosive " accident," Jimmy puts on the tux and discovers he's a costume Eccentric: nothing but dress in black, wear it equates to become a black belt. Jimmy is suddenly plunged into the dangerous world of espionage in conjunction with a rookie partner, as inexperienced as him, our hero becomes an unwitting, but very elegant, secret agent.
