MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

In a mansion in rural England in the late nineteenth century, a governess is the dream job, with adorable children. But soon will the spirits of the past crisis in their lives and the woman believes the two small is responsible under the will of a ghost. A remake called The Turn of the Screw (2009) was made based on this movie.
