MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Years 70. Larry Mackey is a simple gentleman wearing a very quiet life. Year 2000. Marc is a dangerous gangster wanted by the FBI. After stealing a time machine back to the 70s, to kidnap Byron, son of Mackey. This, with the sole aim to win back his son, is thrust into a deadly pursuit to the future. But terrible news await you there, about Byron. Probably too late to rectify the mistakes of the past, but Mackey fight to get a second chance.
