MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

Clare has always been in love with Henry, a librarian in Chicago. She believes they are destined to live together, but do not know when they will be re- separated: Henry is a time traveler, with a rare genetic anomaly that condemns him to live his life on a shifting timeline, advancing and retreating through the years without the slightest control. Although Henry's travels are so unpredictable that Clare never knows when they'll be, trying desperately to adapt to that life, because what we do know is that I could not live without Henry.
